If you ever wish to return, it will be subject to membership availability.

Please enter the Request Date of your Cancellation, as requests cannot be processed unless these dates are clearly established. Your final membership payment will be processed 4 weeks after the requested date, depending on your payment cycle. Cancellations forfeit your membership allocation and will be subject to availability upon your return. Please allow a minimum of 1 week for processing.
I understand that my membership will be cancelled 4 weeks from the date requested, and payments falling during these 4 weeks will serve as my cancellation fee. I understand I have access to classes during this time (which is pretty cool because we get the chance to say goodbye).
