Yoga - Sunday 3pm (1hour15min)

Pilates - Thursday 545pm (45min+10min stretch)

CrossFit Conditioning - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7pm (45min)

Single drop in sessions are $20, with 5 and 10 session passes available

CASUAL / Visiting Drop Ins

Visiting CrossFitter dropping by for a quick class or two?  We love that! As coaches, we ask that you have been training at a registered CrossFit Affiliate for at least a month and have completed an 'on-ramp' or 'fundamentals' program. Visit this link HERE to complete your waiver and check the timetable below for class times. Please allow 5+ minutes extra before the class to have a chat with the scheduled coach on your initial visit. A single casual drop in class is $20 and if you're going to be with us for a few classes then you can pay our weekly rate of $50. We have eftpos, showers and change rooms on site. 

 

Open Gym Times

Open gym is available for members to work on their individual training plans or to catch up on our daily programming.

Monday, Wednesday + Friday 6am-1pm and 4pm-8pm (7pm Fridays)

Tuesday + Thursday 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm

Saturday 7am-12pm.
