New timetable additions
Yoga - Sunday 930am (60min)
Pilates - Monday 515pm and Wednesday 445pm (45min)
CrossFit Conditioning - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7pm (45min)
Single drop in sessions are $20, with 5 and 10 session passes available.
CASUAL / Visiting Drop Ins
Visiting CrossFitter dropping by for a quick class or two? We love that! As coaches, we ask that you have been training at a registered CrossFit Affiliate for at least a month and have completed an 'on-ramp' or 'fundamentals' program. You can find us on WOD Passport (link is HERE) to complete your paperwork and check the timetable - please allow 5+ minutes extra before the class to have a chat with the scheduled coach on your initial visit. A single casual drop in class is $20 and if you're going to be with us for a few classes then you can pay our weekly rate of $50. We have eftpos, showers and change rooms on site.
Open Gym Times
Open gym is available for members to work on their individual training plans or to catch up on our daily programming.
Monday to Friday 6am - 8pm (closed 2pm-4pm) and Saturday 630am-1230pm.
