WOD for Thursday Nov 8th

So we've been hitting it pretty hard, maybe we should 'deload' and leave the weights alone for a day.

Surely that will be easier.....

50-40-30-20-10 Burpees
100-80-60-40-20 Double Unders

Row 300m between sets (so 50 burpees, 100 DU, row, 40 & 80 & row)
