Nine rounds for time of:

7 Squat Cleans (85/55)

8 Burpee box jumps, 36" box

Feel free to come in early to get in some extra mobilisation before we hit the warm up at 8am.

And if you are prone to stacking box jumps (Ilona) or demolishing your shins on the cleans (Cookie) then consider some serious socks :)
