Lots of talk today about Rich Froning Jnr recent 168kg C&J and 128kg Snatch. Even the weightlifters are taking notice of competitive CrossFitters who can not only lift heavy but maintain a broad and inclusive level of fitness at the same time.

My money is still on the dark horse...the Finnish Cyborg..out in the woods, training all rocky balboa style
