Paul Watkins - Coach

Life and career has taken Paul in many and varied directions. A pharmacist by trade, he discovered CrossFit whilst training for a mountaineering expedition. Apart from his pharmacy degree and MBA he also holds Cert. 3 & 4 in Fitness, Level 1 and Level 2 (prep) in CrossFit, as well as various Olympic Lifting and Endurance Certifications both within and outside of CrossFit. He also certified with the Australian Weightlifting Association and is an internationally certified Kettlebell Instructor.

His mountaineering background has taken him to every continent on the planet, from trekking through Antarctica to the back blocks of Alaska, even Africa and the Middle East. Paul's passion for learning and health are key components of his coaching philosophy. 


Blair Kearney - Coach

After years of triathlons, cricket, footy, baseball and even rugby Blair finally found his calling - CrossFit. From humble beginnings at a local throwdown Blair hasn't just embraced it - he has excelled at it.

A competitor at Schwartz's CrossFit Challenge in 2011 and 2012, Blair is one of our most enthusiastic and dedicated coaches. Holding a Cert. 3 in Fitness, as well as Level 1 in CrossFit and Olympic lifiting certifications, Blair consistently shows a no-fear approach to his own training whilst showing the greatest level of support and encouragement for our clients.



Claire Fraser - Coach

Claire's fitness credentials and experience are almost too extensive to fit on one page. With a background in State level tennis, volleyball, equestrian, gymnastics and athletics as well as triathlons and half marathons, Claire has experienced it all. 

Once CrossFit took hold she has taken the Australian scene by storm. From winning a local throwdown, through to 8th placing at Schwartzs in 2011 and 15th in the CrossFit Games Open, to competing in both the 2012 and 2013 Regionals.  

Apart from 14 years experience in the fitness industry Claire also holds Level 1 CrossFit, Gymnastics and Weightlifting certifications.
