YOGA

– Connecting the dots
Our yoga classes are an essential part of your health and fitness journey, supporting everything you do in the gym and in life. We offer a variety of class styles, online or in person.

365WOD

– Sweat With Purpose
365WOD is suitable for the first timer through to the endurance athlete. Build the foundations of fitness with body weight movements and higher rep / lighter weight resistance training. Increase endurance and work capacity with a variety of time durations, intervals and intensity levels; all while soaking up the atmosphere of a great and inclusive community.

PERSONAL TRAINING

– As Individual As You Are
All Personal Training sessions are allocated a 45 minute time slot, to allow ample time for warming up, working out and wiping down equipment – a time frame we will likely stick with for a while yet. We’re also training from an outdoor set up, where we have access to our full range of gym equipment, quality flooring and a marquee as protection from the elements. For now our shower block is closed, however you’ll have access to a change room and toilet when required. We’ve got a check in, hand wash and hand sanitiser station set up, and ask that you wear your face covering until we commence your warm up. Entry is via our front reception, and we can accommodate your kids if they’re happy to sit and relax on the couch.
