Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra.

If you’re looking for a way to let go, relax and rest then this is your kind of place. We specialise in Restorative Yoga to help you to reconnect with the state of relaxation; Hatha Yoga to help you lengthen and strengthen the body, mind, and breath, and Yoga Nidra, to experience a systematic, guided meditation to reach a state of effortless being.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is the experience of letting go and remembering what it’s like to deeply rest. Each pose supports your body so comfortably, it feels like you’re on holidays!

Sunday 6pm – 7.15pm

Hatha

Slow Static poses, with modifications to make the poses accessible for you. These classes are open to all levels of experience.

Monday 10.45am-12pm
Thursday 6pm -7.15pm

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an effective way for anyone who is interested, to systematically work directly with their inner world. We look forward to sharing this with you.

Friday, Feb 9th and March 8th, 7.30 pm

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a 45 minute yoga for all ages, gentle and used for ageing bodies , rehab support and building confidence and strength and balance.

Saturday, 10:30-11:45 am
